Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients and propose creative, functional kitchen solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Design and visualize kitchen layouts using design software or technical drawings.
  • Perform on-site measurements to ensure design accuracy.
  • Manage the full sales process — from consultation to final installation.
  • Collaborate with the design, logistics, and installation teams to deliver exceptional results.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen sales (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of design principles and kitchen design software (AutoCAD, 2020, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused.
  • Fluency in English

What We’re Looking For

Designer – Sales support

We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Designer to join our team in Athens. This is a hybrid role that combines design work with sales and project coordination support, ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in both creative and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technical drawings and layout plans using AutoCAD
  • Assist in creating client presentations and design proposals
  • Support the sales team with the preparation of offers, quotations, and order documentation
  • Communicate with suppliers and help track order progress
  • Maintain organized records, product data, and project files

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-focused retail environment
  • Good command of English and Greek
  • Previous experience in design, architecture, or sales support will be considered an advantage
